The streaming landscape is constantly evolving, offering a wealth of new content for viewers. This week, from April 13 to April 19, major platforms are set to premiere an exciting array of films and series. Whether your taste leans towards intense crime thrillers, thought-provoking dramas, or laugh-out-loud comedies, our curated list ensures you won’t miss a thing.

Weekly Streaming Highlights: Key Premieres

Kickstarting the week is the return of a fan-favorite German series. On Sunday, April 14, Netflix unveils Crooks Season 2. The narrative advances two years, with partners Charly and Joseph thrust back into danger as the pursuit for the same priceless, infamous coin reignites.

Monday, April 15, is arguably the week’s biggest day for releases. A24 brings Rufi Thorpe’s bestselling novel to life with Margo’s Got Money Troubles on Apple TV+, starring Elle Fanning as a young mother navigating financial despair. For comedy fans, Prime Video delivers Balls Up, a riotous film from director Peter Farrelly and the writing team behind Deadpipe. Meanwhile, Netflix serves a triple feature: the addictively chaotic final season of the Colombian telenovela Fake Profile, the concluding chapter of the brilliant Italian period drama The Law According to Lidia Poët, and the deliciously dark Indian action-comedy Toaster, featuring a compelling performance by Rajkummar Rao.

Also on Monday, the highly anticipated third season of the era-defining HBO drama Euphoria finally arrives on JioCinema, catching up with its characters as they navigate life beyond high school.

Midweek Marvels: Documentaries and Dramas

Tuesday, April 16, is dominated by Netflix, which launches a diverse slate. The acclaimed anthology series Beef returns with a brand-new story of conflict, while sports enthusiasts can dive into Full Swing Season 4, documenting a pivotal year in professional golf. Anime fans are treated to Dandelion, a supernatural comedy from Hideaki Sorachi, the creator of Gintama. The platform also debuts Ronaldinho: The One and Only, an intimate docuseries tracing the legendary footballer’s incredible journey.

On Wednesday, April 17, the offerings are vast and varied. Netflix premieres the visceral South African thriller 180, the heartwarming natural history special A Gorilla Story: Told by David Attenborough, and the fifth season of the Spanish comedy Alpha Males. ZEE5 adds to the mix with Assi, a powerful courtroom drama reuniting director Anubhav Sinha and Taapsee Pannu. Prime Video presents Matka King, a gritty period epic from director Nagraj Manjule, starring Vijay Varma as the architect of Bombay’s gambling underworld. For a unique horror experience, Lionsgate Play offers Good Boy, a terrifying story told from a dog’s perspective. Rounding out the day, Netflix releases Roommates, a dark comedy exploring the tumultuous relationship between two college freshmen.

Weekend Finale: Mystery and Suspense

The week concludes on a thrilling note on Friday, April 19, as Prime Video (via MGM+) releases the fourth season of From. The mysterious, entrapping town returns for its most revealing installment yet, promising to unravel more of its chilling secrets for fans of supernatural suspense.

With this comprehensive guide, you’re fully equipped to navigate the week’s exceptional streaming lineup. Happy viewing!
