The third season of The Summer I Turned Pretty, featuring Lola Tung, Christopher Briney, and Gavin Casalegno, has been generating significant excitement. As the Prime Video series approaches its finale, conversations surrounding each episode have intensified.

On Tuesday, the seventh episode premiered, showcasing a long-anticipated dialogue between Lola Tung’s character, Belly, and Christopher Briney’s Conrad. The two finally opened up to each other!

Fans of the ‘Bonrad’ pairing are relishing episode 7, which includes poignant flashbacks of Belly and Conrad, alongside Conrad’s revelation about Jeremiah’s betrayal and his heartfelt declaration of love.

Entitled ‘Last Hurrah,’ this episode portrays Belly’s bachelorette party alongside Jeremiah, yet her thoughts are dominated by Conrad. Memories flood back as she reflects on how her fiancé’s older brother has always supported her.

The already intricate love triangle becomes increasingly complicated when Belly admits, “No, it’s not my dream wedding… It wasn’t supposed to be like this, not with the dresses, or the flowers… I never envisioned any of that. I only saw Conrad.”

Later that night, at the club, Conrad learns from Redbird about Jeremiah’s infidelity during the summer break. This news devastates and infuriates him, but he doesn’t get the chance to confront Jeremiah, who is preoccupied with other matters.

Meanwhile, Belly is waiting for Jeremiah to talk, but Conrad approaches her, requesting a walk together. As he reveals the shocking news, the bride-to-be firmly states her intention to marry Jeremiah, despite his betrayal. This declaration frustrates Conrad, who exclaims, “I still love you. I don’t believe I can ever forget you. You will always hold a place in my heart.”

Belly’s response, “It’s too late,” shatters his heart. Following this emotional exchange, the two lovers entangled in promises and feelings face off, ending with Belly asserting that Conrad can never replace Jeremiah in her life.

The first two episodes of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 debuted on July 16 on Prime Video, with new episodes releasing weekly. The series, comprising 11 episodes, will see its eighth chapter released on August 27, with the season finale scheduled for September 17, 2025.
