Ek Mini Katha, a different comedy film which emphasize on importance of sizes has got the support from PAN India star Prabhas. In one of his posts on social media, Prabhas shared the trailer and conveyed his best wishes to Santosh, the son of late Shobhan who made Varsham, the blockbuster hit in the career of Prabhas.

The trailer of Ek Mini Katha which was launched today has garnered good response. Starring Santosh Shoban and Kavya Thapar in lead roles, the story of Ek Mini Katha revolves around the tag line ‘Does size matter?‘.

The obsession of Santosh with size lands him up in many problems ensuing lot of hilarious moments during the course of the film and according to Santosh who earlier acted in films Thanu Nenu and Paper Boy, “it was an absolute riot while filming this movie. The writing, the direction was so spot on, that playing the character came easily to me”, he said.

Written by noted writer Merlapaka Gandhi and directed by debutant Karthik Rapolu, this film also features Brahmaji, Sapthagiri, Sudashan, Posani Krishna Murali, and Shraddha Das in important characters. Pravin Lakkaraju has composed the music while Gokul Bharathi has handled the cinematography.

The writer Merlapaka Gandhi too who made successful films like Venkatadri Express is full of confidence about Ek Mini Katha and said that this story is close to his heart and expressed that he doesn’t want to give serious note to a psychological problem faced by the protagonist in this film which may become preachy but when the same is addressed in a light-hearted manner, it becomes conversational and more acceptable, feels Gandhi about the film.

Ek Mini Katha bankrolled by UV Concepts and Mango Media is all set to premiere on the popular digital platform Amazon Prime Video on May 27.
