Created, written, and run by Kat Sandler, the television project is an adaptation of her critically acclaimed theatrical production of the same title.
A Missing Heir and a Town Full of Secrets
The narrative centers on an investigation led by a private eye named Rapp, portrayed by Noah Reid (known for his role in Schitt’s Creek). Rapp travels to a seemingly quiet coastal community on a mission to locate Henry Park, played by Hudson Williams (previously seen in Heated Rivalry). Henry is the wealthy successor to a prominent local fishing enterprise who has vanished under suspicious circumstances.
In classic thriller fashion, Rapp’s investigation is met with resistance rather than cooperation. He must navigate a complex social web, working alongside a local investigator named Carson, played by Clark Backo. Along the way, Rapp crosses paths with Katherine, a charismatic and mysterious academic portrayed by Carrie-Anne Moss.
