Show Time, a forthcoming criminal thriller from director Madhan Dakshinamurthy starring Naveen Chandra, has a strong supporter in its producer, Anil Sunkara. Sunkara, who is presenting the film, enthusiastically claims it will not let audiences down “even for a minute.”
The producer took to his X timeline to share a detailed post expressing his satisfaction with the film, which is set to premiere worldwide on July 4. A trailer released by the filmmakers features Naveen Chandra as a trainer who brings V K Naresh, a lawyer, to his home. Naveen informs V K Naresh that a man has died in his house. He explains that the deceased tried to steal his daughter’s necklace, and during the struggle, he accidentally caused the man’s death.
Initially, V K Naresh is skeptical and believes Naveen is pretending. However, he soon realizes the truth and is filled with horror. The trailer also hints at Naveen Chandra’s confrontation with police officers who visit his home.
The film stars Naveen Chandra and Kamakshi Bhaskarla in lead roles, with V K Naresh and Raja Ravindra playing significant parts.
On the technical side, the film features music by Sekhar Chandra and dialogues by Srinivas Gavireddy. The cinematography is handled by T Vinod Raja, while editing is done by Sarath Kumar, and the production design is by Supriya Bettepati.
