The new OTT platform Spark from the leading film maker Ram Gopal Varma and entrepreneur Sagar Machanuru is going to be officially launched on May 15. This exclusive channel which consists of prominent films, web series, and shows in Telugu and Hindi languages will be available on Google Play Store, Apple App store, Fire Stick, Smart TV, and on Roku.

Some of the very interesting films are lined up in the collection spread across various genres which also include some premium films like the most awaited film D Company of RGV which is going to premiere on May 15. In addition, there are multiple sections like ‘Coming Soon’ which include Kanabadutaledu starring Sunil and Disha Encounter to name a few. All other sections present wide range of films to cater to all tastes and age groups.

The subscription plans of the Spark are very competent. A quarterly plan is priced at Rs.149.00 and annual subscription plan is available for Rs.399.00 along with pay per movie option which is available depending on the content.

While the theatrical experience cannot be replaced, the OTT platforms are a real boon to small film makers who have now found a suitable arena in the form of OTT to get their films released. Particularly, the Covid-19 pandemic has opened new avenues for OTT channels where big films are also choosing the OTT as the right platform to showcase their movies. Audience too are contented as they are having the opportunity to watch varied content from the comfort of their homes. Hopefully, Spark OTT too will add more flavour to the existing digital world by presenting some exciting next level content to make its mark.
