The popular Marathi thriller featuring Swwapnil Joshi Samantar is ready with a new season which is going to stream on leading digital platform MX Player on July 1.
This web series which received great response from viewers is directed by Satish Rajwade and produced by Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartik D Nishandar.
Samantar reflects upon the interesting phase of an individual’s life consisting of past, present, and future. Based on the book written by Suhas Shirwalkar, the story of this series follows Kumar Mahajan an atheist whose financial burdens compel him to meet a swamiij.
In his quest to find out the future, he met a person by name Sudarshan Chakrapani who had an identical past as that of Kumar which makes him baffled and leads to an unexpected twist in the story that has left the viewers on tenterhooks in Season 1.
The trailer of Samantar Season 2 released today is full of interesting twists which finally make the life of Kumar Mahajan more complicated while fulfilling his desires. With the future in his very hands now that brings many challenges turning his life upside down, Kumar gets sucked into the dilemma of rewriting his own destiny and crack the secret behind the mystery woman who enters his life.
Also featuring Tejaswini Pandit, Saie Tamhankar and Nitish Bharadwaj, Samantar 2 too will be dubbed into Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages to reach larger audience.
