How to Watch Twinless Online? Your Complete Streaming Guide

The critically acclaimed psychological dark comedy Twinless is now available for home viewing, offering audiences a gripping tale of loss, identity, and unexpected connections. Directed, written, and co-produced by James Sweeney, the film has transitioned from festival darling to streaming favorite, now accessible on major platforms.

Twinless made its world premiere at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, where it earned two prestigious honors: the U.S. Dramatic Special Jury Award for Acting and the Audience Award. Following its theatrical debut on September 5, 2025, the film arrived on digital rental platforms like Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV in December 2025. However, its official streaming release launched on January 15, 2026, exclusively on Hulu and Disney+.

The film stars Dylan O’Brien in a compelling dual performance as Roman and Rocky — identical twins whose lives take drastically different paths. After Rocky’s sudden death following a heated confrontation with Dennis (played by Sweeney), Roman spirals into grief and joins a support group for twinless individuals. It’s there he crosses paths with Dennis, unknowingly entangled in his brother’s past. As their friendship deepens, secrets emerge that threaten to unravel both their lives.

Rounding out the cast are Aisling Franciosi as Marcie, Dennis’ lively co-worker whose presence sparks pivotal revelations, Lauren Graham as the twins’ mother Lisa, and strong supporting turns from François Arnaud, Chris Perfetti, Tasha Smith, Susan Park, and Cree Cicchino. Dylan O’Brien also serves as executive producer alongside industry veterans Liz Destro, David Gendron, and others.

Twinless explores profound emotional terrain with dark humor and psychological depth. Its official synopsis teases:

“Roman and Dennis form an unlikely bond in a twin support group. But when Roman meets Marcie, long-buried truths come to light—putting their fragile connection to the test.”

With powerful performances, an original premise, and award-winning recognition, Twinless is one of the most talked-about indie films of the year — now just one click away on your favorite streaming service.

Twinless is available for rent on Prime Video in India.
