Suresh Krissna, the renowned director who made super hit films Basha with Super Star Rajinikanth and Master with Mega Star Chiranjeevi is now donning the role of a producer. In The Name of God, the new web series being produced by him is a crime thriller starring Priyadarshi, Nandini Rai, and Posani Krishna Murali in the lead roles.
Ranga Yali who directed the multi lingual Auto Shankar is the show runner for this new web series which is directed by Vidyasaagar Muthukumar.
Varun D K is the cinematographer of In The Name of God which was shot extensively in Hyderabad, Rajahmundry and Maredumilli.
Priyadarshi is growing as an actor with every film he is doing and his belief in content is quite visible through the characters he has portrayed in the films and web series as well. Mallesham, Loser, Mail, and recent super hit film Jathi Ratnalu amplifies his versatile talent as the characters he played in these are quite distinct with great variations. He will be seen in another totally different role as Aadi in this new web series which is going to be another feather in his chequered cap.
On the other hand, Nandini Rai too is also known for her performance rather than glamour as evident from her performances as Nafisa in Shootout At Alair and Supriya in the anthology Metro Kathalu. She is essaying an important role of a village belle from Rajahmundry speaking in Godavari slang in this web series which will be loved by the audience.
In The Name of God will be streaming very soon on the exclusive Telugu digital channel Aha which is already in the forefront by presenting successful originals like Masti’s, Johaar, Metro Kathalu, Mail and 11th Hour to name a few along with premiering content driven films like Thank You Brother which has garnered positive response from the audience all over.
