When it comes to gothic fashion, Jenna Ortega is an expert.
During her promotional tour for Wednesday Season 2 in Paris and the U.K. this week, Ortega showcased a stunning array of high-fashion outfits that radiated gothic elegance.
With the support of Enrique Melendez, her stylist for the past 14 years, the Wednesday star has regularly adorned herself in couture pieces from renowned fashion houses such as Vivienne Westwood, Givenchy, Ashi Studio, and Elena Velez, which have provided her with striking garments for various events.

“I definitely feel like my gothic taste has developed since I was a teenager,” Ortega shared with Harper’s Bazaar about her evolving sense of style. “I’ve always been drawn to darker themes, but growing up as a Disney kid meant I had to embody a bubbly and sweet persona.”
Ortega’s ability to deliver fashion-forward looks that break from the norm comes as no surprise. The 22-year-old actress seems to embrace a wide range of fabrics when assembling her hauntingly romantic wardrobe; elements like snakeskin-printed latex and blonde-dyed hair are just as integral to her distinct aesthetic as Victorian ruffles and delicate lace. Her penchant for dark femininity is also evident in her now-signature makeup: soft smoky eyes paired with bleached brows.
Below is a recap of all the outfits she has worn during her press tour for Wednesday Season 2, which is set to premiere on Netflix on August 6.
One of Ortega’s standout looks was a mauve Vivienne Westwood gown featuring a plunging ruffled neckline that she wore to the Wednesday Season 2 premiere in Paris on July 31. The romantic piece was accentuated by a sheer corset with visible boning.
On Thursday, while continuing her promotional activities in Paris, Ortega showcased a bold piece from Elena Velez’s Fall 2025 “Leech” collection: a plunging, slinky beige dress adorned with strands of blonde hair.
At the London premiere on Wednesday, she donned a sheer, pale yellow dress from Ashi Studio’s Fall collection. This couture piece was crafted from snakeskin-printed latex and boasted a form-fitting bodice, a high-neck collar, and frayed edges.
Who could resist archival Donna Karan? On the same evening of the London premiere, Ortega was seen in a silky champagne-hued gown from DKNY’s Resort 2004 collection.

While in London, she added an edgy twist to traditional suiting with a subtly striped charcoal ensemble from Ann Demeulemeester’s Fall 2025 collection, which she showcased on her Instagram on Tuesday.
Ortega commenced the Wednesday press tour wearing a sculptural creation by Givenchy: a leather bullet bra paired with exaggerated sleeves, padded gloves, and a long, high-waisted skirt, which she displayed at the show’s launch party at London’s Natural History Museum on Sunday.
