In a conversation with Variety, Martin admitted that crafting a realistic continuation could be difficult, especially given the intense and violent nature of the show’s conclusion. “The FBI would probably be involved immediately,” they joked, pointing out the significant number of onscreen deaths that might complicate future storytelling.
Despite these uncertainties, fans remain hopeful. The eerie setting of Tall Pine and the open-ended fate of its residents have created just enough intrigue to keep audiences eagerly anticipating news from Netflix.
