A Stellar Week of OTT Releases: Feb 23 – March 1, 2026

As February 2026 draws to a close, digital entertainment platforms are delivering an eclectic mix of high-stakes drama, supernatural chills, and bold storytelling. From global award shows to franchise finales, this week’s OTT releases promise an unforgettable viewing marathon across Netflix, Prime Video, and JioHotstar.

Must-Watch Highlights: Franchises and Fresh Faces

Leading the charge is Bridgerton Season 4 Part 2, arriving February 26 on Netflix. The romantic saga of Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) and Sophie Baek (Yerin Ha) reaches its emotional peak, challenging class divides and familial expectations. With Anthony and Eloise returning to support Benedict’s defiance of tradition, fans can expect lavish drama and a long-awaited bathtub scene inspired by the novels.

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra Jonas headlines The Bluff (Feb. 25 on Prime Video), a gripping real-life inspired drama that explores betrayal, resilience, and justice. Its release coincides with major buzz around the 79th BAFTA Awards, adding to the week’s cinematic prestige.

Thrills, Chills, and the Surreal

Horror returns with Black Phone 2 on JioHotstar (Feb. 28). Set in 1982, the sequel follows Finney and Gwen Blake as they face a resurrected Grabber from a frozen dimension, blending psychic nightmares with family trauma. Directed by Scott Derrickson, the film amps up the terror with Jeremy Davies and new ally Ernesto joining the fight.

Yorgos Lanthimos’ Bugonia (Feb.28 – JioHotstar) offers a darkly absurd alternative — a twisted sci-fi thriller where Emma Stone plays a corporate CEO abducted by conspiracy theorists who believe she’s an alien. Jesse Plemons and Aidan Delbis deliver chilling performances in this claustrophobic tale where madness and power collide.

The suspenseful narrative from creator Dan Fogelman moves beyond the Colorado bunker to the perilous surface world in Paradise Season 2 (JioHotstar – Feb. 23). The central plot follows Xavier Collins (Sterling K. Brown) on his hazardous mission to locate his missing wife, Teri (Enuka Okuma). His path intersects with new survivors, including the resilient Annie (Shailene Woodley). Meanwhile, a fierce internal power struggle erupts within the underground city. As Samantha “Sinatra” Redmond (Julianne Nicholson) works to recover from her injuries and reclaim authority, long-buried secrets concerning the city’s true origins and the catastrophic “The Day” event begin to surface.

Regional Stories and Genre-Benders

Spanning a quarter of a century, Sangamarmar on JioHotstar is a poignant multi-generational family saga that explores the enduring power of sacrifice and patience. The story focuses on Amrita (Sheen Savita Dass), whose life is irrevocably altered by a pivotal decision to prioritize her family’s well-being over her own aspirations and a budding relationship with Aditya (Sourabh Raaj Jain). The series skillfully transitions between two distinct timelines, capturing the unspoken silences and quiet strength of a love that persists despite miscommunication and decades of separation. The ensemble cast includes Smita Bansal, Khalid Siddiqui, and Jaya Ojha.

Director Ajay Bhuyan’s Psycho Saiyan (MX Player – Feb. 24) is a suspenseful romantic thriller that delves into the fine line between passionate attachment and destructive obsession. The story follows Kartik Pandey (Anud Singh Dhaka), a lyricist and shayari enthusiast from Ujjain who becomes convinced that Charu (Tejasswi Prakash) is his destined soulmate. What begins as an idyllic romance descends into a nightmare as Kartik’s need for control morphs into a compulsion; he stalks Charu across cities and removes anyone he perceives as a threat to their union. The stakes are raised with the introduction of Huntry Chauhan (Ravi Kishan), a charismatic and volatile gangster-politician who adds a new layer of criminal danger to Kartik’s psychological unravelling.

Roslin on JioHotstar (Feb. 27) is a Malayalam psychological thriller, directed by Sumesh Nandakumar and produced by Jeethu Joseph, centers on 17-year-old Roslin (Sanjana Dipu), who is tormented by dreams of a mysterious green-eyed stalker. Her nightmares materialize when the man from her visions, Hakkim Shajahan, arrives as a charming houseguest, effortlessly winning over her skeptical parents, Meena and Vineeth. Dismissing her fears as fantasy, they leave Roslin isolated. Trapped and unable to reconcile his benign appearance with her horrific visions, she must navigate a complex web of gaslighting and dark family secrets to uncover his true nature before her sanity unravels.

On Prime Video, Ikkis (Prime Video – Feb. 26) honors war hero Arun Khetarpal with a poignant, non-linear narrative. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, it intertwines battlefield bravery with a father’s journey across borders, exploring loss and reconciliation.

For fans of avant-garde comedy, Chris Fleming: Live at the Palace brings surreal humor to JioHotstar (Feb. 28). The HBO special blends satire, music, and physical comedy, tackling topics from dog breeds to cheese — all with flamboyant flair.

Action lovers won’t want to miss One Battle After Another (JioHotstar – Feb. 26), Paul Thomas Anderson’s radical take on counterculture, featuring Leonardo DiCaprio and Sean Penn in a decades-spanning battle for truth and family.

Thadayam (ZEE5 – Feb. 27) Written and directed by Navinkumar Palanivel, Thadayam is a gripping Tamil true-crime series based on a disturbing series of 1999 murders along the Tamil Nadu-Andhra Pradesh border. The narrative follows the unassuming yet sharp-witted Sub-Inspector Adhiyaman (Samuthirakani), who is tasked with investigating a spate of simultaneous midnight killings that have instilled fear in rural communities. The enigmatic killer leaves behind no forensic evidence, only the peculiar theft of the victims’ marital symbols. Teaming with the determined Inspector Lakshmi (Sshivada), Adhiyaman must cut through a landscape rife with superstition and paranoia to identify the predator before local terror solidifies into sinister folklore.

Accused, (Netflix – Feb. 27) the edge‑of‑your‑seat psychological thriller from director Anubhuti Kashyap, centres on Dr Geetika Sen (Konkona Sen Sharma), whose flourishing career and personal life are thrown into chaos after a shocking sexual‑misconduct allegation surfaces at her clinic. As Geetika and Dr Meera (Pratibha Ranta) navigate the fragile process of adopting a child, the accusation erupts, plunging their partnership into a precarious limbo where suspicion and media glare replace the trust they once shared.
