RM’s track “Wild Flower” has now exceeded three billion streams, making him the third male K‑rapper to hit this benchmark and ranking him as the 10th most‑streamed K‑pop soloist in Spotify’s history.
Even though BTS has been on hiatus for the past two years, its members continue to set new records. After Suga and J‑Hope each amassed billions of streams on Spotify, RM has entered the same elite tier. His collaboration with Youjeen, “Wild Flower,” has topped three billion plays, securing his place as the third male K‑rapper to reach this milestone and the 10th‑overall K‑pop soloist on the platform. With his introspective lyrics and unmistakable musical palette, RM has forged a compelling solo identity that resonates with listeners worldwide.
According to the streaming‑analytics site Kworb, “Wild Flower” leads RM’s most‑played catalog, followed by “Neva Play” (featuring Megan Thee Stallion) and “Seoul,” which was produced by HONNE. Other fan‑favored tracks include “Lost,” the “Old Town Road – Seoul Town Road Remix” with Lil Nas X, and “Moonchild.” “Still Life” featuring Anderson Paak also ranks highly, alongside “Come Back to Me,” “Winter Flower” with Younha, and “Tokyo.”
#RM has now crossed the 3‑billion‑stream mark on his Spotify profile, joining #AgustD and #J‑Hope as the only male K‑rappers in Spotify history to achieve this feat and becoming the 10th most‑streamed K‑pop soloist overall.
The latest Music Charts data shows that RM’s songs have been streamed more than 2.8 billion times on Spotify. Of those, over 2 billion come from tracks where he is the primary artist. Solo releases alone have garnered upwards of 1.1 billion streams, while collaborations have added another 724 million. On a daily basis his music receives roughly 1,264,833 streams—916,990 from lead‑artist tracks, 537,909 from solo efforts, and 347,843 from featured appearances. In total, RM has 41 entries on Spotify: 31 as the lead artist (including 17 solo songs) and 10 as a featured performer.
“Wild Flower” appears on RM’s Indigo album, which contains ten tracks in total: “Yun,” “Forgetfulness,” “Lonely,” “No. 2,” “Still Life,” “Closer,” “Hectic,” “All Day,” and “Change Pt. 2.”
Speaking to Variety, the South Korean artist reflected on the project: “Before this album, I was always trying to prove something to people—‘Listen to this, hear my thoughts.’ This time, I aimed to broaden my personal ideas into something universal, so listeners could see their own stories in them. When I first created these songs, they were entirely mine, but after completing the album, they feel like a gift to the world, ready to be interpreted through each person’s own colors and experiences.”
At present, RM is in the United States alongside fellow BTS members Jin, V, Jungkook, Suga, J‑Hope, and Jimin, recording the group’s forthcoming comeback album.
