Cheslie Kryst, who was a ex- Miss USA winner, Extra presenter, and lawyer passed away at the age of thirty.
“In devastation and great sorrow, we share the passing of our beloved Cheslie,” her family members said in an emotional statement.
“She had a way of inspiring other people all over the world by her beauty and power. She was a person of love, she cared laughing, and she shone.”
They added: “Cheslie embodied love and helped others, whether it was by her work as an lawyer fighting for social justice and equality, or in her role as Miss USA and as a host on Extra. However, most importantly, as an aunt, sister as a friend, mentor, and coworker — we know her influence will continue to be felt.”
Chelsie was found dead shortly after 7 a.m. on Sunday morning in front of Orion Condominium building in Manhattan where she was living in the city, The New York Police Department confirmed her death.
She was on the ninth floor, and was last seen on 29 January, sources from law enforcement have told ‘The New York Post’.
Chelsie posted on Instagram just a few hours before with a caption reading, “May this day bring you rest and peace.”

Chelsie was crowned Chelsie won the Miss USA pageant in 2019 as a representative from North Carolina and went on to finish among the top 10 contestants at her participation in the Miss Universe competition.
Along with the status of a lawyer licensed she was also an Emmy-nominated correspondent for the show ‘Entertainment Extra’ which she was a correspondent for from October to October of this year.
She was also an avid advocate for reforms in the criminal justice system and was a volunteer to assist clients who had served excessive prison time for drug-related offenses.
