Netflix has dropped the gripping trailer for Delhi Crime Season 3, promising its boldest installment yet. The Emmy-winning Indian crime drama returns with a tense, far-reaching investigation into a dangerous human trafficking network stretching across the country — and at its core, an unrelenting battle of wits between DIG Vartika Chaturvedi (Shefali Shah) and a mysterious figure known only as Badi Didi (Huma Qureshi).

This season thrusts viewers deep into an underworld where people are treated like commodities, identities stripped, and futures stolen under the guise of opportunity. The trailer reveals harrowing case files: young women lured with false job offers, coerced into marriages, and exploited as domestic slaves; children disappearing without a trace, swallowed by a web of deceit that crosses state borders from Assam to Delhi, Rohtak, and beyond.

Leading the charge is the ever-determined Vartika Chaturvedi, known affectionately to her team as “Madam Sir.” As the investigation intensifies, every lead points towards Badi Didi — a ruthless, elusive mastermind who remains one step ahead of law enforcement. For Vartika and her colleagues, capturing her is not just about ending a criminal enterprise, but about restoring justice to countless survivors.

Directed by Tanuj Chopra and produced by Golden Karavan and SK Global Entertainment, Delhi Crime Season 3 features a powerhouse cast alongside Shah and Qureshi, including Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, Sayani Gupta, Mita Vashisht, Anshumaan Pushkar, and Kelly Dorji. Known for its layered storytelling and raw authenticity, each season of the series examines pressing social issues through the lens of the Delhi Police, adding depth and humanity to every case.

Chopra describes the new season as “urgent and deeply human,” emphasizing that audiences can enjoy Season 3 without prior knowledge of earlier episodes. “The stakes this time are unlike anything Vartika has faced,” he notes. “Every lead, every setback pushes her team closer to the edge.”

The producers call this the show’s “most ambitious season yet” — not just in scope, but in emotional impact. By confronting the grim realities of human trafficking, the season aims to explore courage, complicity, and consequence, while reminding viewers of the unseen battles fought daily by police, families, and survivors.

With the clock ticking and the case stretching beyond conventional limits, Vartika’s team must push past borders — geographical and moral — to ensure justice is served. Will they succeed before time runs out?

Find out when Delhi Crime Season 3 premieres worldwide on November 13, 2025, exclusively on Netflix.
