BTS member V, known as Kim Taehyung, celebrated the milestone of his single “Love Me Again,” which is featured on his debut solo album “Layover,” released in 2023. The album includes six tracks: “Rainy Days,” “Blue,” “Slow Dancing,” “Slow Dancing (Piano Version),” and “For Us,” and it has now exceeded 1 billion streams on Spotify.
Kim Taehyung, a beloved figure in the K-pop scene, continues to achieve remarkable milestones. His latest accomplishment is reaching over 1 billion streams for his solo track “Love Me Again.” The K-pop idol shared this exciting news with his fans, especially the ARMY, through a heartfelt post on social media.
On May 7, the official BTS Instagram account shared a photo of V holding his Spotify 1 Billion Streams plaque. Along with the image, V expressed his gratitude by stating, “Thank you so much for your support, ARMY,” accompanied by a purple heart, a signature symbol of the group.
With this achievement, V joins his fellow BTS members Jungkook and Jimin, who have also received the 1 billion Spotify plaque.
Shortly after the announcement, ARMY overwhelmed X with congratulatory messages. One fan wrote, “He deserves all the love and support; I’m so proud of him for achieving this without any promotions or help.” Another fan added, “Wow, congratulations on finally earning your 1B Spotify plaque, Taehyung-ah!
