The official trailer for Do You Wanna Partner, a lively dramedy starring Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty, dropped on August 29, promising a refreshing blend of humor, ambition, and female solidarity. The series follows two best friends who defy the odds to launch their own craft beer business in a male-dominated industry.

Tamannaah and Diana play Shikha and Anahita, an unstoppable duo whose journey begins with a bold idea and spirals into a chaotic, high-stakes adventure. From navigating cutthroat competitors to outsmarting quirky obstacles, the trailer teases a rollercoaster of emotions, resilience, and clever jugaad (innovative problem-solving on a budget). At its heart, the show celebrates the unbreakable bond between women while challenging stereotypes with wit and charm.

Tamannaah shared her excitement, saying, “This series is one of the most fulfilling projects I’ve worked on—layered, emotional, yet wildly entertaining. What stands out is its genuine celebration of sisterhood, without reducing it to a battle of the sexes. Shikha’s journey has been transformative for me, and I can’t wait for audiences to dive into this exhilarating ride.” Fresh off Odela 2, she praised the chemistry with Diana and the collaborative energy of the team.

Diana echoed the sentiment, emphasizing the rarity of seeing complex female friendships on-screen: “Anahita is a dream role—a woman who chases her passion alongside her best friend, facing every hurdle head-on. The series beautifully explores ambition, loyalty, and the messy, magical reality of entrepreneurship.”

Directors Collin D’Cunha and Archit Kumar highlighted the show’s authenticity, blending humor with sharp social commentary. “This isn’t just about business—it’s about friendship, rebellion, and rewriting the rules,” said Collin. Archit added, “We wanted to capture the fearless spirit of women who dare to disrupt industries, all while keeping the narrative relatable and hilarious.“

With a stellar supporting cast including Jaaved Jaaferi, Nakuul Mehta, Shweta Tiwari, and Neeraj Kabi, Do You Wanna Partner promises to be a binge-worthy mix of heart and hustle. Produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, the series premieres globally on Prime Video on September 12, inviting viewers to toast to ambition, friendship, and the courage to dream big.
