Director R Chandru deserves appreciation for handling the megaphone for this movie which deserves to be classified as a technically brilliant movie. The director’s hard work is evident in each and every frame of the movie. Had the director focused on the screenplay, especially in the post-intermission session, Kabzaa would have been the best entertainer. However, the climax is super. It indicates a sequel of this movie in the offing.
Upendra, as an obedient son, ambitious student, affectionate lover and a don, has acted well. His dialogue delivery and body language are good. Sudeep makes, in the beginning and in the climax, a brief appearance but it creates an impact.

Shriya Saran looks beautiful. Her dancing skills in the song – Namaami – deserve appreciation. Upendra and Tanya Hope vie with each other in an item song – Chum Chum Chali Chali. Among the actors, Murali Sharma,
Music director Ravi Basrur has once again proved his mettle in ensuring melodious music. Cinematographer AJ Shetty has done a good job behind the camera.
All in all, Kabzaa is worth a watch for those who get an adrenaline rush through action-oriented moviesw.
