Get ready for a new spin-off series to the beloved competition show “Queendom”!
On January 26, a source from Mnet confirmed that the hit series “Queendom” will be getting a new spin-off titled “Queendom Puzzle” and stated that it will broadcast sometime during the first half of this year.
“Queendom Puzzle” is expected to set itself apart from its predecessors “Queendom” and “Queendom 2” with a new format, the details of which have yet to be revealed. The new series will be directed by “Queendom 2” director Lee Yeon Kyu.
The first season of “Queendom” premiered in 2019 and featured legendary female artists including AOA, MAMAMOO, Oh My Girl, (G)-IDLE, Park Bom, and Lovelyz. Season 2 introduced Hyolyn, Brave Girls, WJSN, LOONA, Kep1er, and VIVIZ. MAMAMOO and WJSN took home the crown during their respective seasons.
