It is known that recently Sun Pictures has announced that the production banner will back Dhanush’s upcoming 50th film, tentatively titled D50. Vishnu Vishal is expected to play the lead role. According to the latest report, Tollywood hero Sundeep Kishan has been roped in to play Dhanush’s brother in the film D50.
SJ Suryah will have a crucial role in the movie, which is touted to be a gangster flick. Sundeep Kishan is already part of Dhanush’s next project, Captain Miller. The upcoming drama also has Kalidas and Dushara Vijayan in the important roles.
Buzz is that D50 is a gangster drama centered around three brothers played by Dhanush, SJ Suryah and Sundeep Kishan.
This film is Dhanush’s 2nd film as a director, a big budget drama in Dhanush’s direction. Some sources even claim that the film’s title is Raayan where D50 is the working title. Dhanush has an impressive lineup of films. He is also awaiting the release of his period drama Captain Miller, directed by Arun Matheswaran. Besides these two movies- D50 and Captain Miller, Dhanush is also a part of the Telugu flick which will be helmed by Shekar kammula and a movie with Mari selvaraj, Aayirathil oruvan sequel with Selva Raghavan.
Dhanush’s recent hit movie Thiruchitrambalam was also produced by Sun Pictures.
