The countdown to Adipurush movie release has started. The fans’ wait will end on June 16. The pre release business of Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer Adipurush is huge. Being made on the budget of Rs 500 crore film, the producers sold the theatrical rights at the same level. The pre release business of Aadipurush alone is Rs150 crores in Telugu states alone . These rights were sold for Rs 60 crores in Nizam area, Rs 70 crores in Andhra and Rs 20 crores in ceded. According to that calculation, Adipurush movie needs to shake the box office if it wants to make profits in Telugu states. This is the biggest prerelease business for a Prabhas movie.
As there are huge expectations on the movie, the film should get positive reviews from the first day of the first show. Crossing the Rs 150 crore mark is not easy. Though this movie is being released at Pan India level, it has done huge business in Telugu states with the craze of Prabhas.
Adipurush helmed by Om Raut, is based on Ramayana, Prabhas is playing the role of Rama, Kriti Sanon is essaying Sita whereas Saif Ali Khan as Ravana. The grand pre-release event of Adipurush was held in Tirupati on 6th June.
